Hey, I'm Kat and I'm Moose and we're here to tell you what to expect when listening to our podcast. We are two friends who have known each other for over 20 years, and we talk about everything from our therapy appointments to the quirks of the world... and we really relay a lot of intellectual, factual information. We do! I mean, we are an expert podcast where we share facts... we share facts as they are believable in our minds. That is correct. What we hope to invoke is that feeling of going Oh, my gosh, "me too". And this is the part where it says if you like blank, you'll love Kat and Moose. So if you like Oprah or psychology or Brene Brown or numerology, if you like dogs or Liz Gilbert of if you're curious about why the mailman comes at the exact same time every day? We're gonna laugh our faces off because we don't know what we're doing. I'm convinced we're all just children in larger bodies. We're gonna figure it out together.
